Mailing

JILIT has partnered with IBM to enhance the ability to set up end-to-end mailing solution, using Lotus Notes and can develop customized workflow solutions. With this configuration information is located centrally on the Domino server and centralised storage provides wide access to organisational information and individual user databases. This means information stored in users’ Lotus Notes databases are accessible to other users – with the appropriate access – whilst travelling between sites or from anywhere in the world via the Internet.

JILIT has a set of security professionals, who have selected and deployed a robust solution [Anti-spam Gateway, Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), Firewall and PC level security] that addresses all three layers of security in an integrated, mutually-reinforcing fashion.
